The founder and CEO of Virako, a valued property development company that has been operating in the city since 2000. The building was the winner of the Construction Project of the Year 2009 competition, it was also selected twice the Best Office Building in Poland in 2012 and 2014 in the Eurobuild Awards competition. The latest project by Krzysztof Witkowski includes Monopolis, a complex of former Monopol Wódczany vodka distillery complex which dates back to 1902 and is the third largest factory complex in Łódź (former factories of Karol Scheibler and Izrael Poznański). Monopolis combines diverse areas of activity in an unusual way.
