European Property Awards Development

Monopolis received two Award Winner awards for the best projects in Poland in the international competition -International Property Awards 2020-2021, in one of the largest and most prestigious industry plebiscites. The facility was awarded in the “mixed-use development” and “commercial renovation / redevelopment” categories. The International Property Award is a world-class mark of excellence. The competition has been organized for 27 years in Great Britain. The selection of the best investments in the world is made by a jury consisting of over 80 leading figures from all areas of the real estate industry, chaired by 3 British Lords (Lord Caithness, Lord Waverley, Lord Best).
